- Yuma, CO
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Day shift (Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30/5:00 pm), 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Perform independently general ultrasound exams including Abdomen, OB, GYN, Breast, and Vascular/Arterial studies
- Evaluate, synthesize, and communicate diagnostic information to physicians and radiologists
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all patients during imaging procedures
- Troubleshoot ultrasound equipment and coordinate repairs with service engineers
- Perform general diagnostic radiology procedures as needed
- Cross-train into other imaging modalities as required and organize daily workflow
Required Qualifications
- ARRT and ARDMS certifications in diagnostic medical sonography
- Current BLS certification
- Compliance with continuing medical education (CME) requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in general abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, small parts, and vascular ultrasound examinations
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively within a healthcare team
