Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in various clinical settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient evaluations, treatments, and progress in accordance with facility protocols.
• Guarantee a minimum of 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience providing physical therapy services.
• Strong understanding of rehabilitation techniques and patient care protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in outpatient or hospital settings.
• CPR and first aid certification.
