Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, maximizing patient safety and care quality.
• Conduct evaluations, follow-up appointments, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare team members to implement appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and treatments.
• Ensure department compliance with state, federal, and local regulations, safety standards, and quality protocols.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement activities and departmental performance reviews.

Required Qualifications

• Current California licensure or certification as a physical therapist.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of physical therapy modalities, anatomy, physiology, and disease processes.
• Current BCLS certification.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings.
• Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency.
• Familiarity with physical therapy equipment operation and maintenance.
