• Full-time, Day shifts, 4 days per week (10-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services, including evaluations, treatments, and discharge planning.
• Implement therapy plans focusing on cardiopulmonary, geriatrics, neurology, oncology, orthopedics, and sports medicine.
• Assist patients with mobility devices, body mechanics, pain management, and safety education.
• Document patient progress, update plans of care, and coordinate with healthcare teams.
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations, including a full weekend every 6 weeks with compensatory flex days.
• Support patient recovery through therapeutic interventions such as gait training, mobility skills, and conditioning.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a PT.
• CPR certification.
• Proficiency in assessment, therapeutic techniques, and documentation in Epic or similar systems.
• Ability to participate in weekend and holiday rotations.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Advanced training in areas such as LSVT BIG for Parkinson’s, vestibular therapy, or pelvic floor therapy.
• Experience working in acute care hospital settings.
• Familiarity with equipment such as traction tables, assistive devices, and modalities like E-stim, cryotherapy, and lumbar traction.
