Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, supporting procedures such as left and right heart catheterizations, PTCA/PCI, biopsies, and emergency interventions.
• Scrub on or circulate/monitor during cath lab procedures utilizing specialized equipment.
• Work 4 days per week, with 10-hour daytime shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Participate in on-call rotations including weekends, nights, and potential holiday call.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Epic/Maclab systems.
• Support a team of 2 RNs and 1 RT per case across 4 cath labs.
• Float within scope as needed to other units within the facility.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant RN experience in a cath lab setting.
• Current VA or compact state RN license.
• Previous experience with EPIC charting systems required.
• Ability to scrub and/or circulate in common cath lab procedures.
• Must provide two professional references.
• Ability to comply with facility background checks and fingerprinting requirements.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• BSN preferred.
• Experience in a similar hospital or outpatient cath lab setting.
• Familiarity with ancillary equipment and emergency procedures in cath labs.
