• Full-time, 4 days per week, days shift (10-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the CVOR and general OR settings, including scrubbing for all procedures.
• Support minimally invasive cardiac procedures and complex surgeries such as CABG, AVR, AAA, MVR, and others.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and procedural success.
• Float within hospital units and to sister facilities as needed, maintaining flexibility in assignments.
• Adhere to hospital policies and charting protocols using EPIC system.
• Work required weekend call shifts, including at least one weekend per month and five weekday evenings.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington State RN license or a valid Compact license.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a cardiac or surgical ICU/OR setting.
• BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, TNCC, CNOR preferred.
• Ability to scrub for all procedures, including CVOR and general OR.
• Must be able to work during weekends and evening shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EPIC charting system.
• Previous experience in Level II Trauma Centers or large hospital settings.
• Ability to float between units and handle complex cardiac surgeries.
