Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function.
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout treatment.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment approaches and at-home exercises.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Proven experience in outpatient or clinical setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with pediatric or geriatric populations is a plus.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records systems.
