Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a 20-bed Progressive Care Unit (PCU) with a team of 5 RNs and 2 LNAs
• Recognize and respond to dysrhythmias, manage critical drips, and monitor cardiac patients
• Utilize GE cardiac monitors and Hospira IV pumps to support patient treatment
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with unit policies, certifications, and safety standards
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record system

Required Qualifications

• Active compact RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent hospital experience in a PCU or similar setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong ability to recognize and manage dysrhythmias and critical drips

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Pre- and post-cardiac catheterization patient care experience
• Pacemaker patient care experience
• Prior HCA facility experience

Note: The shift schedule includes 12-hour days, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The assignment starts on January 5, 2026, at the hospital located at 1 Parkland Drive, Derry, NH 03038. Candidates must demonstrate strong critical care skills and a self-directed, positive attitude.
