Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts (3x12 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER setting.
• Proficiently perform IV starts and monitor telemetry.
• Utilize EPIC electronic health record system accurately.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members.
• Manage patient ratios of 1:4 efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of emergency department experience.
• Current valid licensure (Compact or State license) in Ohio.
• EPIC electronic health record experience.
• Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and telemetry monitoring.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Oncology care experience is a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar ER environment preferred.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Additional Notes

• Strict compliance with Ohio fingerprinting process required immediately upon contract signing; candidates must be responsive and cooperative.
• Travel compliance deadline is Tuesday prior to start date.

• RTO must be included in the contract submission.
• All references must include at least one manager/director or supervisor; former employees are eligible if they have been away for 6+ months.
