Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in various settings.
• Complete documentation related to patient care accurately and timely.
• Follow established protocols and procedures for patient treatment.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain active licensure and comply with all credentialing requirements.
• Adhere to dress code and onsite policies, including parking and equipment usage.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active physical therapy license.
• Experience in setting up and managing patient care procedures.
• Ability to work day shifts with 8-hour hours.
• Successful completion of credentialing requirements for contract assignment.
• Willingness to start on or after January 12th.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a similar clinical setting.
• Knowledge of documentation and billing processes.
