Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a healthcare setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Document patient assessments and treatment outcomes.

Required Qualifications
• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Certification in physical therapy or applicable license.
• Ability to work 9.5-hour daytime shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a hospital or outpatient environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
