• Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery
Location
• Belleville, KS
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
• Manage labor and delivery patients independently from start to finish
• Provide care for OB patients undergoing surgeries and postpartum recovery
• Serve as the primary nurse responsible for OB patients, including OB surgical procedures
• Assist with deliveries, with support from non-OB trained nurses when necessary
• Deliver patient care predominantly in Med Surg, with 20% OB responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and user protocols during shift
Required Qualifications
• Valid RN license (state-issued or compact) at the time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a registered nurse
• Ability to independently manage OB patients and OB surgeries
• Basic certifications in BLS and other relevant healthcare credentials
• US Social Security number and date of birth verified for travel compliance
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience nursing in Labor and Delivery wards and surgical settings
• Ability to float to other units if needed
• Familiarity with hospital electronic charting systems
