Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Day shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a busy Level I Trauma Center for medical-surgical units.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team using team nursing ratios of 1:6 or 1:7.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and ensure excellent patient outcomes.
• Document patient information accurately using electronic medical records.
• Respond to patient needs promptly and efficiently, including on-call shifts as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee or compact license.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a Level I Trauma Center.
• Experience with large hospitals and trauma units.
• Must have travel experience and meet all compliance guidelines.
• Ability to work the scheduled shifts and coordinate RTO restrictions at time of submission.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Cerner EMR system experience.
• Prior travel nursing experience, particularly with trauma or acute care units.
• BLS certification with renewal planned if expiring during assignment.
