- Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 4 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Level I Trauma Center
- Collaborate with healthcare team utilizing a team nursing model (1:6/7 ratio)
- Assist in patient assessments, medication administration, and monitoring vital signs
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital protocols
- Work within a fast-paced hospital environment, handling complex medical cases
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee or a compact license
- Minimum of 2 years recent recent experience in Medical Surgical nursing
- Experience in a large hospital setting, preferably with trauma experience
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work night shifts independently
- Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) required; additional certifications preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience
- Cerner EMR system experience
- Experience in a Level I Trauma Center preferred
