- Travel, Contract, 13 weeks, Nights (Thursday-Saturday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and perform imaging procedures on CT equipment in an emergency department setting.
- Assist with all CT and XR exams ordered in the ED.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort during imaging processes.
- Collaborate with ED staff to ensure timely and accurate imaging services.
- Adhere to unit policies and dress code, including olive green scrubs with black bottoms.
- Utilize GE 64 Scanner, digital XR room, and digital portable equipment.
Required Qualifications
- ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology (R)(CT).
- TMB (Texas Medical Board) licensure.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant CT imaging experience.
- Ability to work rotating weekend overnight shifts.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Trauma and emergency department exposure.
- Experience with GE imaging equipment.
