Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care in a high-volume, Level 1 trauma hospital setting.
• Assist with vascular and endovascular procedures, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Maintain adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards during surgical operations.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to facilitate smooth operative processes and patient recovery.
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly throughout the perioperative phase.
• Be available for call, holidays, and weekends as required, with flexibility for varying shifts.

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Georgia.
• Prior travel nursing experience in a large, Level 1 trauma facility.
• Strong vascular/endovascular nursing experience.
• Excellent skills across all areas of the skills checklist with high performance ratings.
• Ability to work night shifts (8-hour shifts).
• Must have prior experience working in a large, high-acuity hospital environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in trauma or emergency surgical procedures.
• Familiarity with hospital electronic medical records and perioperative documentation.
