Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and overall function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs to support ongoing recovery.
• Contribute to reducing patient wait times by supporting increased staffing levels.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality outpatient care.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or eligible for Colorado licensure via compact.
• Minimum of two years of physical therapy experience; 3-5 years preferred.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Flu vaccine (no exemptions).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient rehab settings.
• Strong patient education skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
