Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy assistant services to patients at a skilled nursing facility
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Assist with patient mobility, therapy exercises, and progress documentation
• Cover assignments in Columbiana with additional float coverage at Hatley in Clanton, AL
• Work scheduled shifts primarily during daytime hours, including one weekend rotation per month

Required Qualifications
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification
• Experience working with diverse patient populations preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting
• Flexibility to float between different facility locations
• Knowledge of rehabilitative therapy techniques
