- Full-time, Days (Monday through Friday), 8:00am – 4:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services in a hospital-based rehab outpatient unit
- Assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions for patients
- Document patient progress using the facility's electronic charting system
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and modify treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with all relevant licensing and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- South Carolina or Multi-State Compact Physical Therapist License at start of contract
- Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
- BLS certification
- Ability to work day shifts with no on-call requirement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in hospital outpatient settings
- Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs or between units/sister facilities
- Familiarity with Epic electronic health records system
