Location: Pagosa Springs, CO
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days shift, 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead perioperative team to facilitate patient throughput and ensure efficient surgical schedule flow.
• Coordinate staffing and support preceptor activities for new team members.
• Provide both direct patient care and administrative support related to surgical services.
• Collaborate with the Surgical Services Manager to oversee, schedule, and support clinical staff.
• Assist in maintaining and developing surgical processes, including management of surgical preference cards.
• Monitor day-to-day operations, prioritize patient safety, and uphold clinical quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Current Colorado RN licensure in good standing.
• AHA BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• ACLS certification.
• PALS certification.
• CNOR certification.
• CRNFA certification.
• Experience with Cerner EMR system.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Minimum of two years of OR experience.
• Leadership experience for at least two years.
• Experience in gastroenterology/endoscopy labs preferred.
• Surgical experience in orthopedics, general surgery, gynecology, ophthalmology, ENT, or interventional pain management.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and electronic health records.
