- Full-time, night shifts, 36 hours guaranteed per week
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing operations as the House Supervisor during night shifts
- Float to Emergency Room, Intensive Care Unit, and Medical/Surgical units to cover meal break periods
- Ensure patient care standards are maintained across assigned units
- Collaborate with hospital staff to coordinate effective patient services and safety
- Manage staffing and resource allocation during overnight hours
Required Qualifications
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification required; NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) preferred
- Proof of negative TB screening within the past 12 months
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in hospital supervision or leadership roles
- Ability to float between different hospital units effectively
- Strong communication and team coordination skills
