Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, night shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced patient care in the ICU/Critical Care Unit for patients with complex and high-risk conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and implement appropriate interventions based on patient needs.
• Monitor patient status continuously using specialized equipment and techniques.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and modify care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license.
• Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
• AHA ACLS and NIHSS certifications required.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior ICU or critical care nursing experience appreciated but not mandatory.
• Strong assessment and patient monitoring skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
