Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Dialysis

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized nursing care for dialysis and apheresis patients across multiple treatment modalities.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs, manage dialysis equipment, and ensure patient's safety during treatments.
• Perform treatments in accordance with hospital protocols, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and apheresis therapy.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care, including critically ill patients with complex medical conditions.
• Floats between multiple campuses as needed, supporting department operations around the clock.

Required Qualifications
• Valid RN license in North Carolina.
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system.
• Ability to pass required EKG Pass/Fail exam during compliance.
• Familiarity with dialysis and apheresis equipment such as Baxter Amia PD Devices and Spectra Optia Apheresis Devices.
• Compliance with mandatory background and education verification.
• Full compliance documentation required before start date.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous dialysis or critical care nursing experience.
• Knowledge of managing acutely ill patients with renal, neurologic, or hematologic conditions.
• Flexibility to float between campuses and work rotating schedules, including holidays and weekends.
