• Full-time, travel assignment, days shift, 13-week duration

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct, 1:1 therapy services to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation unit
• Utilize advanced therapy equipment to deliver effective rehabilitation interventions
• Document patient progress and treatment plans using Meditech system
• Work primarily in the IP Rehab unit, with floating policy to maintain primary focus on this area
• Incorporate weekends into the 5-day workweek as needed, with 9.5-hour shifts
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and execute individualized patient care plans

Required Qualifications

• Valid Florida state license as an Occupational Therapist
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in acute care, SNF, or inpatient rehab settings
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage time efficiently during a demanding schedule
• Effective communication skills and professionalism in a hospital environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with new equipment and technology in a rehab setting
• Ability to adapt to a new, state-of-the-art 42-bed inpatient rehab unit
• Flexibility to include weekend shifts in the schedule
