Schedule / Job Type

• Rotating shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week, full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care and therapy to patients according to established protocols and physician orders.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and family members on respiratory therapies and post-treatment care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license or certification in the state of Wisconsin.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Proven experience working as a Respiratory Therapist, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and adapt to changing schedules.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in intensive care or emergency settings.
• Familiarity with advanced respiratory equipment and ventilator management.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
