Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts (3x12-hour shifts per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being during labor, delivery, and postpartum.
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic charting system.
• Float within the hospital or to nearby affiliated facilities as needed.
• Willingness to work major holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.

Required Qualifications

• Valid California RN license in hand.
• BLS and NRP certifications (pending acceptance).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in labor and delivery or similar setting.
• Prior experience with Epic charting system.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and be on-call as required.
• Must be willing to float within the hospital or to affiliated facilities.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience with high-risk pregnancies and neonatal care.
• Certification in fetal monitoring or other relevant specialties.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
