Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Rotating shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities
• Provide patient care for medical-surgical and telemetry units in a hospital setting
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and respond to patient needs accordingly
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards

Required Qualifications
• Must have a minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry nursing prior to travel assignment
• Must hold a valid Ohio or Compact State RN license, in hand at submission
• Active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Recent ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate assessments with passing scores during orientation
• Must work at least every other holiday

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Travel experience in Medical Surgical/Tele units is acceptable
• Experience with hospital electronic medical records and cardiac monitoring systems
• Strong clinical assessment and patient communication skills
