• Registered Nurse - LTAC
Location
• New Lisbon, WI
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Nights, 5 shifts per week, 8-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
• Communicate significant changes in resident condition to physicians and families promptly
• Complete all required resident assessments accurately and thoroughly
• Administer medications following the 5 Rights of medication administration
• Perform wound care and assessments as needed
• Assist Certified Nursing Assistants with call light responses
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond accordingly
• Act as a leader on the floor by assessing situations and providing guidance
• Document resident care and maintain detailed, accurate records
• Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to supervisors
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support resident care
Required Qualifications
• Two-year nursing degree (Associate’s or higher); four-year degree preferred
• Current Wisconsin Registered Nursing license
• Valid CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Preferred Experience / Skills
• At least 1 year of related nursing experience in a long-term acute care setting
