• Full-time, Days shift, Travel assignment, 13 weeks

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to telemetry, med/surg, and telemetry patients.
• Perform standard nursing procedures including IV insertions, urinary catheter insertion/maintenance, central line maintenance, medication administration, and EKG interpretation.
• Document patient information accurately in Electronic Health Records.
• Collaborate effectively with the care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor and care for 4-6 patients per shift, maintaining patient safety and comfort.

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent acute med/surg or telemetry experience within the last year.
• Ability to care for 4-6 patients simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using standard medical equipment and EMR systems.
• Friendly, positive, patient-centered, and team-focused personality.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Over 2 years of telemetry experience, particularly in PCI or CABG settings.
• Experience working within a telemetry/med-surg unit.
