Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, contract, 10-hour shifts, working approximately 4 days per week, Monday through Saturday with shifts typically in the morning or evening.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care to dialysis patients following established protocols.
- Assist patients during dialysis treatments in in-center settings and at contracted facilities.
- Support patient education and engagement regarding dialysis procedures and kidney health.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and healthcare team members to ensure excellent patient care.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and documentation requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Current CHT or CCHT certification.
- Current Washington State MA-HT certification or ability to obtain.
- Current BLS/CPR certification with American Heart Association.
- Prior experience in dialysis treatment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in multiple clinic locations is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach.
