Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a healthcare setting
- Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans
- Implement therapy interventions to improve or restore patient function
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team
- Follow facility policies, including safety and confidentiality protocols
Required Qualifications
- Valid Illinois occupational therapist license or current application in process
- Active license or verification of license application
- Understanding of healthcare and safety policies, including drug-free campus requirements
- Ability to produce a negative drug screen for all panels
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a clinical or hospital environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
