• Full-time, Day shifts, 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts, contract

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans
• Complete required documentation and coordinate with ATI prior to assignment start
• Ensure compliance with licensing and credentialing requirements
• Follow client-specific procedures for equipment use and documentation
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records

Required Qualifications

• Valid, active Physical Therapy license in Maryland
• Experience in clinical settings with setting responsibilities
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and efficiently
• Equipment provided during interview

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a similar outpatient or acute care setting
• Knowledge of documentation protocols and credentialing processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
