Schedule / Job Type

• Night shifts, 3 x 12-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care for medical-surgical and telemetry units during night shifts.
• Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms, respond to patient needs, and implement care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with hospital protocols.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for patients.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Ohio registered nurse license or Compact state license in hand.
• Minimum of 18 months recent, permanent experience in Medical-Surgical/Telemetry nursing.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to recognize ECG rhythms and perform safeMedicate assessments with passing scores.
• Ability to work at least every other holiday if scheduled.
• Completion of required assessments during orientation.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in hospital telemetry units.
• Ability to demonstrate strong assessment and clinical judgment skills.
• Familiarity with facility-specific protocols and safety requirements.
