• Full-time, Day shifts (4x10 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient speech therapy services to pediatric and adult patients with various neurodevelopmental and communication challenges.
• Conduct patient assessments using standardized evaluation tools such as CELF, PLS-4, and Rossetti.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing diagnoses like autism, developmental delays, language disorders, and dysphagia.
• Document patient progress and services accurately within the EPIC system, in compliance with clinical guidelines.
• Support families through education about speech, language, and feeding strategies.
• Ensure patient safety by recognizing and responding to signs of abuse or neglect.

Required Qualifications

• Valid State License or Compact License as an SLP.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with pediatric outpatient therapy, including autism interventions.
• Proficiency with EPIC or similar documentation systems.
• Knowledge of appropriate evaluation and treatment tools for speech and language disorders.
• Ability to evaluate and manage dysphagia using bedside and instrumental assessments.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in children’s hospitals, home health care, or pediatric rehabilitation facilities.
• Familiarity with augmentative and alternative communication devices.
• Experience with advanced dysphagia management techniques like modified barium swallow studies.
• Knowledge of adult neurodevelopmental disorders and fluency management.
