- Travel, Days, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients on a medical-surgical unit
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform assessments
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient care accurately using Meditech documentation system
- Ensure patient safety and comfort through proper procedures and bedside manner
- Foster personal connections with patients utilizing AIDET and hourly rounding techniques
Required Qualifications
- Valid Missouri RN license
- BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of medical-surgical nursing experience
- Proficiency with clinical procedures such as IV placement, wound care, and urinary catheterization
