Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Days shifts, 8.5 hours per shift, 4 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in various settings
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care
- Participate in required documentation and compliance activities
- Support urgent needs, including weekends, as required
Required Qualifications
- Valid occupational therapy license in the state of California
- Proven experience in providing occupational therapy services
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with pediatric or adult populations
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Ability to handle urgent or weekend assignments when necessary
