• Full-time, Days shift, 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities
• Perform a variety of radiographic procedures, including general diagnostic, portable, bedside, and computed tomography (CT) exams, ensuring high-quality images with minimal radiation exposure.
• Review requisitions, determine appropriate views, and position patients using sound anatomical knowledge to obtain optimal images.
• Communicate with patients to gather pertinent history, explain procedures, and promote cooperation while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Use portable and C-Arm equipment within hospital settings, adhering to safety standards and proper sterile techniques.
• Select appropriate technical factors based on patient age, size, and condition, employing automatic exposure techniques when suitable.
• Review images for diagnostic quality, repeat as necessary, and accurately document procedures for billing and reporting.
• Operate imaging equipment safely, report equipment malfunctions immediately, and follow radiation safety protocols, including the use of personal monitoring devices.
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient and hospital information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members, provide excellent patient care, and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
• Successful completion of an Accredited Radiologic Technology Program
• Current Washington State DOH Certified Radiologic Technologist license
• ARRT (R) registration
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Experience / Skills
• At least three years of imaging experience, including CT procedures
• Experience operating both fixed and portable imaging systems in a hospital environment
