Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, on-site, 4x10 day shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized cardiovascular operating room nursing care in a magnet-designated facility.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes during CVOR procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Epic electronic health records.
• Be available for on-call duties, including working during major holidays as required.
• Float within scope to affiliate hospitals or units as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Alaska RN license (pending licenses accepted; strong preference for in-hand license).
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 1 year related clinical experience.
• Proficiency with Epic charting system.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, trauma-level hospital setting.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in CVOR or cardiovascular surgical nursing.
• Flexibility to work on-call and holiday shifts.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
