- Full-time, Day shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications accurately to residents in a long-term care facility
- Reposition, feed, and assist with toileting duties within the scope of a GNA license
- Recognize individual resident needs, preferences, and routines to deliver personalized care
- Document medication administration and resident interactions in compliance with facility policies
- Float to different units as needed within the hospital
- Adhere strictly to facility policies on punctuality and attendance
Required Qualifications
- Valid Maryland or Compact license as a Certified Medication Tech
- Maryland GNA license
- Certified Medicine Aide (CMA) certification
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (2 years for HICU)
- References available upon request
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in long-term care or household units
- Ability to follow strict attendance policies and work flexible hours
- Experience working with residents with dementia or cognitive impairments
