Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, days shift, 12-hour shifts, 13-week assignment, onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) / Stepdown setting
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing care plans accordingly
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient observations and interventions accurately and timely
- Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IMC/PCU/Stepdown specialty
- Current valid RN license
- BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Certification required
- Must be available to work one major holiday (Christmas or New Year’s Day) and one minor holiday (Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve)
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced environment

- Experience working in a busy hospital setting
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
