• Days, 13-week contract, rotating weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services to inpatients at a facilities located on the same campus.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to support patient recovery.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with organizational standards.
• Work between inpatient and outpatient settings as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid social work license or therapist certification appropriate for the state of Alabama.
• Experience in inpatient or mental health settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in hospital or inpatient mental health facilities.
• Knowledge of clinical assessment tools and therapeutic techniques.
