• Full-time, 3x12-hour shifts (Days/Nights rotating)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care activities.
• Recognize and respond to patient emergencies, including ECG rhythm interpretation.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with all hospital policies and standards of care.
• Complete required assessments and pass all orientation evaluations.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty prior to travel assignment.
• Valid Ohio license or Compact State license.
• Active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation.
• Availability to work at least every other holiday.
• Complete all compliance documentation including background checks and drug screens within specified timeframes.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working at a large hospital or health system.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a rotating shift environment.
