Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care in the IMC/PCU/Stepdown unit.
- Monitor patient vital signs and overall condition during 12-hour night shifts.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
- Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in intensive care unit (ICU) or progressive care unit (PCU).
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
