• Travel, Full-time, 13-week assignment, night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to orthopedic, spine, and general surgical patients in a busy hospital setting.
• Manage patient needs including immobilizers, braces, cold treatments, and post-operative care such as total joints and spine surgeries.
• Collaborate with a team of RNs, techs, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech EMR system.
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a Magnet-recognized hospital known for teamwork and employee engagement.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license.
• Solid Med/Surg experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Orthopedic, spine, or surgical background experience.
• Previous experience with total joint and spine procedures.
• Strong teamwork and patient communication skills.
• Energetic, empathetic, with a good sense of humor.
