- Mids, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide social work services within a hospital setting, supporting patient care teams.
- Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
- Document patient interactions and progress in compliance with hospital policies.
- Assist patients with discharge planning and resource coordination.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and hospital standards for social work practice.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) validation for Georgia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital-based social work role.
- Prior experience working in an acute hospital environment.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to hospital schedule demands.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Behavioral Health services.
- Familiarity with hospital discharge procedures and resource management.
