Full-time, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts, rotating day and night shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; recognize and respond to ECG findings.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health record systems.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months recent Per Diem or permanent experience in Medical-Surgical or Telemetry nursing.
• Ohio RN license or Compact state license in hand at the time of submission.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation.
• Ability to work at least every other holiday.
• Pass a BG (blood glucose) review; no open cases allowed.
• Completed BCI/FBI background checks within 48 hours of signing contract.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working at Cleveland Clinic or similar hospital systems.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, acute care environment.
• Strong cardiac rhythm recognition skills and medication administration experience.
