Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in an Intermediate Care/Progressive Care/Stepdown unit.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, adjusting care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality treatment.
• Comply with all hospital protocols and safety standards.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Adhere to shift schedules and communicate effectively with team members.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license with either a compact or state-specific credential in hand at the time of submission.
• Experience working in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units preferred.
• Strong assessment skills and ability to respond promptly to patient needs.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Willingness to work night shifts (3x12-hour shifts).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Ohio-specific credentialing and fingerprinting processes.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
