- Full-time, night shifts, 3 nights per week, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans for respiratory conditions.
- Administer treatments, monitor patient responses, and adjust therapies as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
- Complete all documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Comply with all hospital policies and safety standards, including travel and background screening requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Active Ohio RRT license in hand.
- NBRC certification (CRT or RRT) valid and in hand at time of submission.
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RRT.
- Must have in-depth work history in relevant settings, including Cleveland Clinic facilities.
- Active and compliant with all background and drug screening requirements.
- Ability to pass a negative nicotine and drug screen within 12 months of start date.
- Ability to complete required fingerprinting (BCI/FBI) within 48 hours of signing contract.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a hospital environment, particularly within Cleveland Clinic or similar facilities.
- Experience floating across multiple facilities and adaptable to various shifts.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
