Therapist Respiratory Therapist

Job Title

• Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT accepted)

• Cleveland, OH

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, night shifts, 3 nights per week, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans for respiratory conditions.
• Administer treatments, monitor patient responses, and adjust therapies as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
• Complete all documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Comply with all hospital policies and safety standards, including travel and background screening requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio RRT license in hand.
• NBRC certification (CRT or RRT) valid and in hand at time of submission.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RRT.
• Must have in-depth work history in relevant settings, including Cleveland Clinic facilities.
• Active and compliant with all background and drug screening requirements.
• Ability to pass a negative nicotine and drug screen within 12 months of start date.
• Ability to complete required fingerprinting (BCI/FBI) within 48 hours of signing contract.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a hospital environment, particularly within Cleveland Clinic or similar facilities.
• Experience floating across multiple facilities and adaptable to various shifts.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
