Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient health and maintain detailed documentation of care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Flexibility to float as needed within facility guidelines
- Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as required
Required Qualifications
- Valid NC LPN license
- At least 1 year of LPN experience in a healthcare setting
- BLS certification
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong communication and compassionate care skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in LTC or SNF environments
- Familiarity with patient care procedures specific to long-term care facilities
