Job Title

• Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Telemetry

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, rotating shifts, 3 days per week, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit at a leading hospital
• Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms, administer medications, and respond to patient needs
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and documentation standards
• Assist with patient assessments, discharge planning, and education as needed
• Participate in rotating day and night shifts, including holidays

Required Qualifications

• Valid Ohio RN license or compact state license in hand
• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in Medical-Surgical or Telemetry nursing prior to travel assignment
• Recent Medicare/Medicaid-permitted Med/Surg Telemetry experience (travel experience accepted)
• Active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications from the American Red Cross or equivalent
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
• Complete Qualivis Lotus hours submission and comply with travel and health screening requirements
• Must be willing to work at least every other holiday

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with cardiac monitoring and telemetry protocols
• Prior travel healthcare experience
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
